Twitter Will Offer a Free Republican Convention Live Stream

Interestingly, Twitter plans to offer a free live stream of the Republican Convention this year. Twitter users will be able to watch the RNC live from their homes, using computers or Twitter-compatible devices. There will also be a live stream of relevant tweets displayed alongside the stream, which may be cool or may be annoying, depending on how well they are filtered. Twitter also plans to offer the Democratic National Convention live stream.

This is an interesting development from Twitter, a company who is working to expand their market reach and diversify their business. We hope to see similar offerings in the future.

Regardless of your political stance, the Republican National Convention will definitely be interesting to watch. With a lot of controversy surrounding the event, and the entire primary process so far, this is going to be anything but a normal year. You won’t want to miss it!
